Jenna Braddock
Jenna Braddock, MSH, RD, CSSD, LD/N
Jenna is a registered dietitian who has been working in the field nutrition and dietetics for over
6 years. She has worked in many areas including the media, collegiate sports, wellness, disease
prevention, weight management, corporate wellness, speaking, and individualized counseling.
As a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (the highest sports nutrition credentialing) she has
worked with numerous athletes to help them reach their training, recovery and performance
goals. Her belief is that good nutrition is accessible for everyone and can make a significant
impact on a person’s performance.
Jenna enjoys running and has completed numerous races and triathlons. She is available for
individual nutrition coaching, counseling, and group presentations.
